Refund policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026
This Refund Policy explains when you can and cannot get your money back. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Please read it before you buy.
Short version
Everything we sell is digital and is delivered to you immediately. At checkout you expressly ask us to give you access straight away and you confirm that you understand this means you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. Once we have given you access, the sale is final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges — except in the specific situations listed below, where we always put things right.
1. Why there is no general right to a refund
Under EU consumer law a consumer normally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. That right does not apply to digital content supplied other than on a physical medium where supply has begun with the consumer's express prior consent and with the consumer's acknowledgement that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
Before you pay, you are asked to tick a box confirming both of those things. Your order confirmation records that you did. When we then deliver your access, the withdrawal right is gone and the purchase is final.
If you would rather keep your 14-day withdrawal right, do not complete the purchase — email support@ericresells.com and we will discuss alternatives.
2. When we do refund
We will refund you in full, or fix the problem if you prefer, in these cases:
- You never received access. The delivery email did not arrive, or the download or access link does not work, and we cannot get it working for you.
- The content is materially not what was described on the product page.
- The files are corrupted or unusable and we cannot supply a working replacement.
- Duplicate or accidental double payment for the same product.
- Unauthorised payment. Someone used your card without permission — tell us and we will investigate and refund if confirmed.
- We cancel your order before delivering anything.
In every one of these cases, contact us first and give us a fair chance to fix it.
3. When we do not refund
We cannot refund simply because:
- you changed your mind, or bought by mistake, after access was delivered;
- you have not used the content, or have not had time to use it;
- you did not get the business results you hoped for — we make no income promises of any kind, see our Disclaimer;
- you did not read the product description before buying;
- you already knew some of the information;
- a third-party supplier changed its prices, minimum order, delivery times, or stopped responding;
- a third-party platform changed its rules, pricing or features;
- you were unable or unwilling to put the method into practice;
- you breached our Terms — for example by sharing, reselling or publishing the content.
4. Goodwill refunds
We may still choose to refund in individual cases as a gesture of goodwill. If we do, that is a one-off decision, it does not change this policy, and it does not create any right to a refund in future. Where we grant a goodwill refund, your licence ends and your access, downloads and community membership are removed.
5. How to ask
Email support@ericresells.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and what went wrong.
We aim to reply within 3 working days. If a refund is approved, we issue it to the original payment method, normally within 14 days. We do not refund to a different person or a different payment method.
6. Chargebacks
Please talk to us before contacting your bank. Almost every problem is a delivery or access issue we can fix in minutes.
Opening a chargeback for content that was delivered and accessible is a breach of our Terms. If that happens we may revoke your access and community membership, decline future orders, and provide the payment provider with our delivery logs, access records and your checkout consent.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights if digital content is faulty or not as described. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may contact the competent consumer protection or alternative dispute resolution body in your own country.
