Shipping policy

Nothing is physically shipped

Every product in this Store is digital. We do not ship parcels, we do not sell physical NFC cards, and no courier, customs charge or shipping fee is involved. There are no delivery addresses to enter and no tracking numbers.

How you receive your purchase

  • Delivery is by email to the address you enter at checkout, and on the order confirmation page.
  • Access is normally available immediately after your payment is confirmed — in almost all cases within a few minutes.
  • Depending on the product, you receive a download link, an access link to the material, and where included, an invitation link to our private Discord community.

Before you buy — check this

  • Use an email address you can actually open. A typo in your email is the single most common reason people do not receive access.
  • Delivery emails sometimes land in Spam, Promotions or Updates. Check those folders before contacting us.
  • Some corporate and school mail servers block automated emails. A personal address is safer.
  • You need a device that can open PDFs and play video, and a working internet connection.
  • Download and save your files as soon as you get them. Keep your own copy.

If your access does not arrive

Email support@ericresells.com from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number. We will resend your access. We aim to reply within 3 working days and usually much sooner. If we cannot get you working access at all, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy.

Access over time

Download and access links may expire for security reasons, and community access depends on a third-party platform (Discord) that we do not control. We keep your access available for as long as we reasonably operate the product, but we cannot guarantee permanent availability of any link or platform. This is why we ask you to download your copy straight away.

Taxes

Prices are shown in EUR. Any VAT or equivalent tax that applies is shown at checkout. Because nothing is physically shipped, no customs duty or import charge arises.
