By accessing our website or purchasing a product from NFC Pilot, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Products
NFC Pilot sells digital products, including supplier information, supplier contacts, guides, resources, educational materials and other digital content related to NFC review cards and related business opportunities.
Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, products purchased through NFC Pilot are digital products and do not include physical NFC cards.
The exact contents of each product are described on the relevant product page.
2. Digital Delivery

You are responsible for providing a valid email address when placing your order.
If you do not receive your product, please contact:
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate delivery or access issues.
3. Supplier Information
Supplier information is provided as a business resource.
NFC Pilot does not guarantee that any third-party supplier will:
-

-
maintain the same prices;
-
maintain the same stock;
-
accept every customer;
-
ship to every country;
-
provide a particular delivery time;

remain unchanged after your purchase.
Supplier information may change over time.
You are responsible for conducting your own research and due diligence before purchasing products or services from any third-party supplier.
4. No Guarantee of Business Results
NFC Pilot does not guarantee any specific income, sales, profits, customers, reviews, business growth or other financial results.
Any examples, strategies or educational information provided by NFC Pilot are for informational and educational purposes only.
Your results depend on factors including your marketing, pricing, market conditions, customer demand, execution and other circumstances outside our control.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by NFC Pilot, including guides, documents, graphics, website content, written materials, videos, digital files and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to NFC Pilot unless otherwise stated.

share download links publicly;

claim the product as your own.
6. Account and Download Security
You are responsible for keeping your purchase links, account credentials and downloaded materials secure.
If you share purchased files or download links with third parties, NFC Pilot may restrict or revoke access where reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized distribution, subject to applicable law.
7. Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before digital products are delivered.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, technical or typographical errors.
8. Refunds
Because our products are primarily digital products, refunds are subject to our Refund, Cancellation & Digital Delivery Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Where applicable law allows a consumer to waive a right of withdrawal for digital content after delivery begins, the customer will be asked to provide the required express consent before access begins.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us at:
before initiating a payment dispute whenever possible.
If a customer initiates a chargeback after receiving and accessing a digital product, NFC Pilot may provide relevant transaction and delivery records to the payment provider or financial institution handling the dispute.
Such records may include order information, payment confirmation, delivery records, download or access records where available, and customer communications.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights available under applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website may contain links to or information about third-party websites, suppliers, payment providers, applications or services.
NFC Pilot does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, policies, products or performance.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
11. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website or products for unlawful purposes or to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
You must not use our products for fraud, deception, unlawful advertising, payment fraud, intellectual-property infringement or other illegal activity.
